Job summary

Flex is seeking a Production Supervisor to join the Juarez Automotive team in Juarez, Mexico. The role reports to the Director of Operations and focuses on leading a technical production environment to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Responsibilities include directing multiple process lines, coaching operators, reviewing plant performance, and driving improvements in safety, efficiency, and product quality. Bachelor’s degree required; experience with harnesses is a plus.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.
• Initiates and participates in process development and cost improvement projects.
• Assist in department budget planning and manage department expenses.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with standards.

• Receives and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and works with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.
• Provides technical/operational advice to project teams.
• May act as principal interface between the operation team.
• May train and coach junior operators.
• Experience in Harnesses (desirable)
