SpotOn is seeking a Technical Support Expert I in Mexico City to deliver expert hardware support for payment devices, printers, and related peripherals, while ensuring top‑notch customer service. You will resolve connectivity issues and guide clients through updates and configurations.

The role requires basic networking, CRM tool proficiency, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish, with at least one year in customer success or related roles. A high school diploma is required.

Formación

• 1 year of professional experience in customer success or related roles.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process Optimization: refine procedures for consistent hardware support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with payment devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Guide clients through firmware updates, driver installations, and system fixes.
• Diagnose connectivity and network issues (LAN/WAN, IP).
• Support POS systems integration with hardware devices.
