North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor A to lead startup manufacturing operations in a sewing and light assembly environment.

This hands-on leader will develop high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a safe, efficient, and quality-focused operation on the production floor. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervision in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field, and

Formación

• 3+ years of experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate production personnel to ensure achievement of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives.
• Monitor daily production activities and maintain continuous workflow according to production schedules.
• Analyze production requirements and manpower needs to optimize resources and output.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Train, coach, and develop production employees while conducting performance evaluations and supporting employee development plans.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain production records, labor tracking, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
