North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. seeks an Industrial Engineer focused on process improvement in manufacturing. You will analyze, design, and implement improvements to boost productivity, quality, and efficiency across production lines.

You will lead the startup and optimization of new production lines, develop layouts, and apply Lean methods such as Kaizen and VSM to reduce waste and maximize throughput. Strong technical skills and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or process improvement.
• Experience in the sewing, apparel, garment, textile, or sewn products manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience implementing, launching, and optimizing new production lines.
• Experience in line balancing, time and motion studies, capacity analysis, and process optimization.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
• Lead the implementation, startup, and optimization of new production lines, ensuring achievement of capacity, quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
• Develop plant layouts, define material flow, workstation configurations, and equipment requirements for new manufacturing processes.
• Conduct time and motion studies, capacity analysis, and production line balancing.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools to reduce waste and increase operational performance.
• Coordinate process improvement projects, product transfers, and new production line launches.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues through root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in pilot runs, process validation, and production release activities.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel on manufacturing processes, work methods, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to ensure operational goals are achieved.
