Job summary

North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Quality Engineer to lead the floor inspection team, manage international customer complaints, and perform failure analysis to ensure products meet customer specifications.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Textile, or Mechanical Engineering; 3–5 years in manufacturing (sewing preferred); Advanced English (bilingual). You will develop quality plans, run process audits, lead MRB, and drive corrective actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Textile, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing plants (sewing processes highly desirable).
• Advanced English (Bilingual) and ability to present technical reports to foreign clients and executives.
• Experience leading MRB processes, corrective actions and quality audits.

Responsibilities

• Quality Compliance: ensure product quality per customer specifications.
• Quality Plans by Family: generate and implement quality plans per product family.
• Process Audits: conduct periodic audits to detect deviations on sewing lines.
• MRB Leadership: lead MRB to disposition non-conforming material.
• Corrective Actions: establish CA teams and ensure actions are completed.
• International Customer Service: respond to complaints and manage portals.
• Technical Documentation: develop and maintain Control Plans, PFMEA and work instructions.
