Job summary

You will develop Control Plans, PFMEA, and work instructions, while driving MRB decisions and corrective actions across shifts. Fluent English is required; Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, Textile, or mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing plants; sewing processes desirable.
• Advanced English; bilingual; able to present to foreign clients.
• Experience with MRB, CAPA, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor inspection team and supervise quality inspectors.
• Respond to international customer complaints and manage portals.
• Develop and maintain Control Plans, PFMEA, and work instructions.
• Lead MRB process and determine disposition of non-conforming material.
• Implement periodic process audits at sewing and manufacturing stations.
• Coordinate shift coverage and material release priorities.
