North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a regulated environment in Tijuana.

You will ensure schedules are met, safety and quality are prioritized, and resources are aligned with production goals. The role requires 3–5 years in production supervision within Medical Device/biotech/pharma, strong ISO knowledge, and experience with SAP/Oracle, KPIs, CAPA, and Lean.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in Medical Device, biotech, or pharma.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 QMS.
• Experience managing production personnel, equipment, and resources.
• Proficiency with SAP/Oracle or similar MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and production metrics.
• Knowledge of RCA, non-conformance investigations, and CAPA.
• Advanced English required for meetings, reports, and cross-functional work.
• Experience in cleanroom environments and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet schedules safely and on time.
• Coordinate personnel, materials, and resources to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations on deviations and CAPA implementations.
• Monitor and report production performance using KPIs and metrics.
• Manage employee performance, training, and competency certifications.
• Support workforce planning and development activities.
• Promote safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency.
