Hilton is looking for a Bellboy to join our front desk and guest services team in our hotels. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and help guests familiarize themselves with rooms and amenities, delivering memorable hospitality every day.

You will also transport guests to designated destinations, keep bell carts and work areas tidy, and uphold Hilton's standards of safety and service while creating a warm, unforgettable stay for every guest.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist guests: greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and acquaint them with rooms and amenities.
• Handle luggage with care: retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage per hotel standards.
• Assist with guest transport: operate property vehicles to move guests to/from designated destinations.
• Maintain equipment standards: keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
