Hilton is seeking a Bell Boy to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and help create memorable stays at our property. You will escort guests to their rooms, transport luggage, and ensure gear and carts are well maintained and clean. The role emphasizes hospitality, integrity, teamwork, and a proactive service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
• Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
• Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
• Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
