Wonolo is hiring a Sales Operations Associate to own the GTM toolstack, automate workflows, and partner with Sales and CS to drive efficiency. You will evaluate tools, build automation, and collaborate with the Salesforce Admin to ensure data quality and impactful outcomes.

Formación

• 2 to 4 years in a systems, operations, or GTM tooling role.
• Hands-on automations across the GTM toolstack (Clay, Gong, Zapier, or similar).
• Experience evaluating or piloting AI tools in real business workflows.
• Working fluency in Salesforce, comfortable with data models & reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the GTM toolstack and provide first-line support for reps and managers.
• Scope and drive GTM tooling initiatives end-to-end with milestones and accountability.
• Evaluate new tools and build strong business cases for adoption.
• Create documentation and self-serve resources to reduce reactive support.
• Reduce manual effort across Sales and Customer Success.
