Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a GTM Recruiter based in Mexico to own full-cycle hiring for outbound Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Ops, and Enablement across Mexico and LATAM. You will run volume pipelines and targeted sourcing to attract passive candidates, while partnering with hiring managers to drive business outcomes in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech company and/or agency.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Experience hiring across GTM functions including outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Ops, Enablement.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English, LATAM-based.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle GTM recruitment for Mexico and LATAM regions.
• Create and execute competitor-focused sourcing to engage passive candidates.
• Partner with GTM hiring managers to tailor hiring strategies and build market maps.
• Manage hiring processes in Greenhouse ATS with clean data and stakeholder updates.
• Provide market intelligence on GTM talent trends in Mexico and LATAM.
