Job summary

IDC is seeking a GTM Operations Manager to strengthen day-to-day execution, process discipline, and change management across the Commercial organization. The role blends hands-on process oversight with coaching to ensure adoption of new tools and accurate, timely data for leadership decisions.

You’ll own CRM process compliance, investigate data quality issues, and support field teams through rollouts while partnering with Revenue Operations and IT to keep systems aligned and reporting reliable.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in Business Operations or Sales/Commercial Ops.
• Experience with CRM processes and data integrity.
• Proven ability to coach frontline teams through changes.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.
• Experience with reporting and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process compliance and CRM data quality.
• Triaging field inquiries and first-line resolution.
• Review deal-level activity for accuracy.
• Coach field teams through rollout of new tools.
