Job summary

IDC is seeking a GTM Operations Manager to strengthen day-to-day execution, process discipline, and change management across the Commercial organization. This hands-on role ensures new processes, tools, and initiatives take hold, data stays clean, and issues are resolved quickly.

You will coach front-line teams, monitor CRM auditing, review deal activity for accuracy, and partner with Revenue Operations and IT to keep systems aligned as processes evolve.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years in Business Operations or related field.
• Experience with CRM process compliance and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process compliance and CRM auditing to ensure standards are followed.
• Serve as first point of contact for field questions and triage/resolve issues.
• Review deal-level activity for accuracy and completeness; correct errors.
• Coach field teams through change; drive adoption of new processes/tools.
• Support reporting and system administration for transformation initiatives.
