Atomic HR is assisting a founder-led consumer brand in Austin, TX, seeking a hands-on GTM Engineer. The role builds the growth stack for a regulated DTC product, focusing on outbound, partnerships, and field collaboration.

You’ll Direct Claude Code, manage data workflows, and own measurement in a constraint-driven environment. You’ll work from Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico or remotely with 9-5 CT overlap, shipping end-to-end campaigns and automation while coordinating with sales and partnerships.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in marketing
• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code or equivalent
• Experience with outbound campaigns and list enrichment
• Comfortable with data and SQL queries
• Experience with APIs and integration tools

Responsabilidades

• Build and run trade and partnership outbound engine
• Arm field team with target lists and post-visit follow-up sequences
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle email, SMS, referrals
• Produce in-house creative using AI tools
• Automate recurring tasks and enrichment pipelines
• Own first-party measurement and report issues with numbers
