Innovamat, a rapidly growing education company, is hiring in Monterrey to expand its math education program across Early Childhood to Middle School. You will train teachers, observe classrooms, and provide on-the-ground support to help educators elevate math learning in the regional market.

What Will Your Mission Be?

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Innovamat's educational proposal across Early Childhood, Elementary, and Middle Schools within the Monterrey market and surrounding areas. You will ensure that teachers and school leaders understand and apply the company's pedagogical pillars. Through training, classroom observations, and personalized on-the-ground support, you will help educators elevate their teaching practices and maximize students' mathematical learning, tailoring the program to the specific context of the Mexican educational system and the region's school profile.

How Will You Do It?

• Receive continuous training in mathematics, math didactics, and classroom management alongside world-renowned experts in mathematics education.

• Gain a deep understanding of the educational context in Monterrey and Mexico, identifying the unique behaviors and needs of private and public schools in the region to propose initiatives that guarantee successful math learning.

• Lead model lessons in Early Childhood, Elementary, and Middle School classrooms across partner schools in Monterrey, helping teachers effectively adopt the proposal with their students.

• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to educators using our program, guiding them to elevate their day-to-day instructional practices.

• Deliver math and didactics workshops for teachers, academic coordinators, and pedagogical teams at partner institutions.

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with leadership teams, school owners, and educators in Monterrey, offering tailored guidance aligned with their context, needs, and key success metrics.

• Support teachers in their day-to-day work, proactively resolving pedagogical inquiries and platform usage questions to ensure long-term satisfaction and program continuity.
