South is partnering with a fast-growing fintech client to hire a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing. You’ll own customer acquisition and marketing performance across channels, collaborating with Product, Data, Risk, and Operations to align growth with business goals while leading a growth marketing team.

This is a hands-on, strategic role. You’ll build and scale the growth function, own ROI, and use data to drive decisions quickly in a 100% remote role with residency in South America.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or customer acquisition roles.
• 3+ years in a leadership position managing growth marketing teams.
• Proven experience managing monthly marketing budgets of at least $50,000, with measurable success in scaling customer acquisition.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, paid social, paid search, and conversion optimization.
• Deep understanding of attribution modeling, funnel analytics, and marketing performance measurement.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Residence in South America.

• Identify and test new acquisition opportunities to drive scalable growth.
