Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a proactive Growth Operator to own paid media campaigns and lead generation funnels. This remote, full-time contractor role goes beyond traditional media buying, with accountability for measurable business results.

You will optimize campaigns, run creative tests, CRO, landing pages, and dashboards, collaborating with US-based leadership. Requires strong English and hands-on experience in lead-gen metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation.
• Strong experience with creative testing, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Hands-on experience improving landing pages, forms, and lead generation funnels.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and downstream sales metrics.
• Ability to independently develop, execute, and evaluate marketing experiments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and reporting abilities.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to take ownership of results, challenge assumptions, and propose solutions.
• Advance English Level (C1, C2)

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across lead generation accounts
• Develop and execute continuous creative testing and A/B testing strategies
• Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements
• Optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, surveys, and qualification funnels
• Monitor key performance metrics, including CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
• Generate new testing hypotheses and identify winning creatives and strategies
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and customer acquisition
• Prepare weekly performance reports, testing roadmaps, and actionable recommendations
• Proactively communicate challenges and take ownership of campaign performance
