Lalamove in Mexico City is seeking a Business Analyst to help drive performance and strategy across the organization. You will gather, analyze, and interpret data to support rapid, sustainable growth.

You will work with stakeholders from sales, marketing and operations to build insights and tools, define key projects, and partner with the Managing Director to shape the long‑term Mexico strategy. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Degree in statistics, data analysis, business administration or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and business strategy development or related roles.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, R or BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define and run key projects among different stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
• Build analytical insights/tools to monitor performance and guide goals.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to shape Mexico's long-term strategy.
• Collect and analyze performance data across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes and efficiency.
• Drive market research and knowledge sharing on market and technology trends.
• Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and adjust as needed.
