Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a senior marketing leader to own the global marketplace strategy and growth. You will shape the expansion across Amazon, Mercado Libre and other channels, and lead a high‑performing team.

You will set the marketing mix for marketplaces, D2C and retail, craft SEO‑driven content and compelling creatives, and explore new channels aligned with market trends. Partner with country leads on budgets, negotiate with partners, and build retargeting plans to unlock

Formación

• Experience with Amazon or Mercado Libre Ads or marketplaces.
• Detail-oriented with strong marketing strategy execution.
• Innovative thinker with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Growth-oriented and eager to learn and develop.

Responsabilidades

• Define the global marketing strategy for Emma expansion across e-tailers and marketplaces.
• Set up the marketing mix for marketplaces, D2C & retail with SEO content and creatives.
• Explore and test new channels and products based on market trends.
• Define marketplace budgets with country leads and negotiate marketing packages.
• Lead a team of marketing experts to optimize ROAS across channels.
• Hire additional Marketing Managers to scale growth for all countries.
• Create retargeting strategy to leverage cross-selling opportunities.
