Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a recent graduate to join our marketplace strategy team in Mexico City. You will analyze marketplace performance, coordinate between marketing and marketplace teams, and help test new initiatives across our platforms.

You should be detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets, and eager to learn. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. This hybrid role offers exposure to international projects and growth opportunities within Emma.

Formación

• Recent graduate (any major)
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data
• Curious and willing to ask questions
• Good communication skills
• Spanish and English fluent

Responsabilidades

• Support the strategy team in analyzing marketplace performance and identifying growth opportunities
• Help coordinate between our marketing and marketplace teams to ensure campaigns align with pricing and promotions
• Assist in testing new marketplace initiatives and sharing feedback with the team
• Monitor inventory constantly across all platforms
• Review pricing offers to ensure accuracy and competitive positioning
• Upload prices to each marketplace platform
• Download and analyze weekly sales results and P&L data
• Fill out marketplace tracking reports
• Create weekly presentations of marketplace performance
• Update unit economics monthly
