Emma Sleep in Mexico City is seeking an entry-level marketplace/strategy analyst to support growth. You’ll work with the strategy and marketing teams to analyze performance, coordinate campaigns, monitor pricing, and test new marketplace initiatives.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates, detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets, and fluent in English and Spanish. You will join a collaborative, international team with hybrid work and pet-friendly office perks.

Formación

• Recent graduate (any major welcome).
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data.
• Curious and willing to ask questions.
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support the strategy team in analyzing marketplace performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Coordinate between marketing and marketplace teams to ensure campaigns align with pricing and promotions.
• Assist in testing new marketplace initiatives and share feedback with the team.
• Monitor inventory across all platforms.
• Review pricing offers for accuracy and competitive positioning.
• Upload prices to each marketplace platform.
• Analyze weekly sales results and P&L data.
• Fill out marketplace tracking reports.
• Create weekly presentations of marketplace performance.
• Update unit economics monthly.
