Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a high-performing leader to build and manage the country organization in Colombia. You will oversee Marketing, Logistics, Operations and CS, while steering growth and shaping the country strategy to become the market leader.

You will drive analytics, test new sales channels, and bring a versatile skill set from business development, consulting, sales or marketing. English and Spanish fluency are required, with MS Office proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field with strong achievements.
• Experience in business development, consulting, sales or marketing, preferably in a start/scale-up environment.
• Independent, responsible and structured with a process-oriented mindset.
• Fascination with fast scalable business models.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Affinity for numbers and confident communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel).
• Infectious can-do attitude and practical mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Curious and hungry to learn; growth-driven.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a highly ambitious country team.

• Manage P&L and steer growth.

• Analyze growth structures to accelerate market expansion.
• Create value cases, analyses and reports for growth initiatives.
• Develop insights by understanding marketing channels, customers and sales channels to improve marketing efficiency.
• Be entrepreneurial, expanding to new sales channels and product strategy.
• Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion.
