Emma is seeking a recent graduate to join its Marketplace Strategy team in Mexico City. You will help analyze marketplace performance, coordinate between marketing and marketplace teams, and test new initiatives while monitoring inventory and pricing across platforms.

The role offers a hybrid work policy, exposure to an international team, and growth opportunities as you contribute to Emma’s marketplace success.

Formación

Recent graduate (any major welcome).
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data.
Curious and willing to ask questions.
Good communication skills.
Spanish and English fluent.

Responsabilidades

Support the strategy team in analyzing marketplace performance and identifying growth opportunities.
Coordinate between marketing and marketplace teams to align campaigns with pricing and promotions.
Assist in testing new marketplace initiatives and share feedback with the team.
Monitor inventory across all platforms.
Review pricing offers for accuracy and competitive positioning.
Upload prices to each marketplace platform.
Download and analyze weekly sales results and P&L data.
Fill out marketplace tracking reports.
Create weekly presentations of marketplace performance.
Update unit economics monthly.
