your Jared in Cancun, Mexico is seeking a Growth Lead to own the growth pipeline from outreach to member enrollment within the Digital Studio team.

You will execute a repeatable engine across web, email, and CRM, translating priorities into weekly plans and shipping campaigns with full accountability for growth metrics.

This role emphasizes rapid execution, influencer partnerships, data-driven decisions, and building scalable playbooks in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years in growth, demand generation, performance marketing, or marketing operations with pipeline ownership.
• Experience scaling lead generation for membership or donation-based models.
• Proven influencer/partner channel experience with measurable attribution.
• Hands-on funnel operator capable of building email campaigns, landing pages, or nurture sequences.
• Strong project management, timelines, and delivery accountability.
• Data fluency with dashboards, conversion rates, and budget-driven decisions.
• Fast execution to launch campaigns within tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Execution Planning: Translate growth priorities into a clear weekly and monthly execution plan; maintain a single source of truth in Notion.
• Campaign Operations: Plan and ship marketing initiatives end to end with defined owners and deadlines.
• Partnerships & Outreach: Manage influencer and media partnerships; build a partner pipeline with tracking and attribution.
• Website & Funnel Execution: Support landing page updates and UX improvements tied to conversion goals; collaborate with design and engineering.
• Email & CRM Operations: Build and run flows in GoHighLevel; maintain journeys, tagging, and basic automations.
• Documentation & Process Building: Document SOPs and build repeatable playbooks for execution and reporting.
• Data & Accountability: Own weekly funnel scoreboard; report enrollment rates and budget effectiveness.
