We’re seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Engineer to own the full-funnel demand engine, turning traffic and signals into qualified demos and pipelines. You’ll work across paid acquisition, CRO, marketing operations, analytics, and outbound to move prospects from first touch to booked meetings, spending time in ad platforms, CRMs, and analytics to

Formación

• Hands-on experience across growth marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or revenue operations — ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Real performance-marketing experience, especially Google Ads (including Performance Max and Search).
• Fluency with a modern marketing/CRM automation stack (HubSpot, Amplemarket, RB2B, Intercom, Zapier, Calendly).
• Analytics chops: GA4, disciplined UTM and conversion tracking, and dashboards (Mode).
• CRO instincts and conversion copywriting ability.
• Bilingual Spanish/English, with fluent written English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn for booked demos and pipeline.
• Build and A/B test demo landing pages, forms, and CTAs with persona-aware routing across the site.
• Own full lead lifecycle and automation — CRM workflows, lifecycle instrumentation, lead scoring and routing across systems.
• Manage outbound sending infrastructure and deliverability to protect domain reputation.
• Define measurement layer and dashboards tying marketing activity to pipeline and revenue (Mode).
• Write ad, landing-page, and outbound copy to drive response.
