DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Premier Growth Intern in Monterrey to support the definition of eligibility criteria for our electric vehicle fleet and assist in driver acquisition strategies.

You will work across Strategy, Operations, and Communications to ensure consistent messaging and data-driven improvements. The role offers a hands-on learning experience in a high-growth startup, with exposure to CRM tools, BI, and automation, while contributing to a fast-paced growth engine.

Formación

• Students currently enrolled in Economics, Business, Engineering, Data/Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Desire to understand why and how a business scales and grows.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using Excel/Google Sheets and cleaning data.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the core of mobility by aiding eligibility criteria for our EV fleet.
• Support acquisition strategy by refining pitches and channels for driver profiles.
• Master multi-channel communication with Marketing, updating WhatsApp Business, in-app scripts.
• Bridge Office with Field Ops by assisting Driver Center audits and kit installations.
• Identify bottlenecks in the enrollment funnel to speed up conversion from interested to active drivers.
