DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Premier Growth Intern in Mexico City. You will gain a 360° view of Strategy, Operations, and Communications, supporting a high-growth mobility startup from inside.

You’ll help ensure our Vehicle Catalog is precise, improve driver communications, and help the Growth Engine run at full speed. If you’re a quick learner who loves solving puzzles and seeing real impact, this is your place.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in Economics, Business, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Desire to understand why and how a business scales.
• Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheets and data cleaning.
• Adaptable, proactive, and takes ownership of tasks.
• Strong collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interest in CRM, BI, and automation.
• Empathy to translate requirements into simple, motivating messages.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the core of mobility by helping define eligibility criteria for the EV fleet.
• Support Acquisition Strategy by refining pitches and identifying channels to attract driver profiles.
• Master multi-channel communication with Marketing—managing scripts and messages.
• Bridge Office and Field Ops by coordinating Driver Center audits and kit installations.
• Identify bottlenecks in the Requirements Compliance funnel and propose improvements.
