DiDi Global is seeking a Premier Growth Intern in Monterrey to gain a 360° view of our business. You will help refine our Vehicle Catalog, support driver strategy, and manage communications across channels, while collaborating with Strategy, Operations and Communications teams.

You will learn how a high-growth mobility platform scales, contribute to data-driven decisions, and gain exposure to CRM tools, BI, and automation in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Student status in Economics, Business, Engineering, Data/Analytics or related fields.
• Curiosity about how a growing business scales.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and data cleaning.
• Proactive and ownership mindset to drive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Support eligibility criteria for Electric Vehicle fleet and gold standards.
• Assist in Driver-as-Employee strategy and channel exploration.
• Help manage and update multi-channel communications (WhatsApp, In-App, scripts).
• Bridge Office and Driver Center, help audits and kit installations align with records.
• Identify bottlenecks in the conversion flow and propose improvements.
