Penguin Ai is seeking a Growth Marketing Maestro to own the demand engine, from data hygiene in HubSpot to paid media and ABM. The role requires hands-on experience and a strategic mind focused on modern, non-traditional demand programs.

You will operationalize ICPs, build named-account reporting, and expand paid beyond brand protection, delivering a trusted weekly pipeline overview for marketing and sales alignment.

Formación

• 5–8 years in B2B demand generation, growth, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot ownership (workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, reporting).
• Direct paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Written English at a professional level; tailored for US healthcare executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own marketing operations and martech stack; HubSpot as system of record.
• Lead paid media strategy, execution, budget, and results across channels.
• Build attribution models and pipeline reporting for named accounts.
• Run ABM programs with coverage, targeting, and measurement with sales.
• Develop lifecycle and nurture programs including email campaigns and workflows.
• Improve website conversion through forms, landing pages, testing, and paths to QA conversations.
• Oversee product-led funnel activation and expansion motions.
