SHEIN in Mexico seeks a Market Explorer to proactively identify high-potential sellers through market analysis and field research, and to build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors and industry associations.

As Growth Architect, you will develop growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through data-driven product selection, traffic tactics (social, SEO, KOLs) and promotional campaigns for seasonal launches.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales/e-commerce.
• Advanced Excel skills ( Pivot Tables / VLOOKUP ) & basic data analysis capability.
• Fluent in Spanish and professional English (written/spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-potential sellers across Mexico through market analysis and field research.
• Build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors and industry associations.
• Develop growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through data-driven product selection, traffic acquisition tactics, and promotional campaign planning.
• Guide sellers through platform onboarding: SKU optimization, listing creation, logistics setup; provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans.
