Flex is seeking a Business Developer Program Manager to join our team in Guadalajara, South Campus. You will drive new business and expand services, reporting to the Director of Business Development.

This role requires strong English, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to travel for customer engagements. The position emphasizes relationship building, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to grow revenue and deliver value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospective customer contact toward achieving business aims.
• Maintain and develop current and new customer relationships to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Use CRM tools to update information and manage opportunities.
• Coordinate local marketing activities and align with product launches and promotions.
• Learn all parts of the sales process including contracts, terms, and negotiations.
• Follow up on inquiries and contribute to proposals for target customers.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and report findings.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders to enable profitable relationships.
• Attend customer meetings and internal reviews; participate in training to develop skills.
