Flex is seeking a Business Developer Program Manager to join our Guadalajara South Campus. You will generate new business guides and expand revenue with existing customers while coordinating across marketing and product teams.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in administration, business, or engineering, with advanced English, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent presentation abilities. Willingness to travel and travel-ready mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-centric approach and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to research target companies through electronic means as well through series of inquiries to target employees and industry partners.
• Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact to achieve business aims.
• Maintain and develop current and new customer relationships to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Use CRM tools to update information and track opportunities.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities aligned with budgets and timelines.
• Study and understand all parts of the sales process including services offered, financial offers, contract terms and negotiation.
• Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings.
• Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
