Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Spa Therapist to perform body and esthetical treatments in our luxury spa, pool, guest suites, and other locations, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction. You will collaborate with the spa team, personalize services to guest preferences, and uphold Four Seasons standards of hospitality.

The role requires 1–3 years in a luxury setting, fluency in English and Spanish, and certifications in massage therapy.

Formación

• Massage Therapist Certification is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English and Spanish.
• Yoga, Nail, Physiotherapist or Fitness Coach certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrates high integrity and transparent behavior.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Massage, Facial, Body treatments and other wellness therapies across spa venues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address guest needs with professionalism.
• Report to Lead Therapist and Spa Director.
• Assist in spa operations and training activities as needed.
• Contribute to a premium guest experience aligned with Four Seasons standards.
