Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and storytelling when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, test creatives, and drive growth. Strong English for US calls and an agency background are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads across accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and relationship management.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
