Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Google Ads Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

Remote role with USA, Canada, Latin America or South Africa. You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft, shaping long-term client growth and retention.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
