Job summary

LEGO Group in Monterrey is seeking a Global Job Trainer to design, deliver and align training standards across sites. You will develop programs, share best practices with Local Job Trainers and vendors, and become the subject matter expert on new production equipment.

You will lead local and global training initiatives, validate improvements, and ensure safety and quality are embedded in all training materials. The role requires hands-on involvement and a passion for teaching.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to coach and mentor trainers.
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Analytical mindset for measuring training outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement local training plans for LJTs, TTCs, and Shadows.
• Act as SME in troubleshooting and documenting solutions.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer activities and align with global standards.
• Monitor training completion and improve performance metrics.
