The LEGO Group seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition partner to join its global team in Monterrey, driving end-to-end recruitment for Operations worldwide. You will partner with leaders, shape hiring strategies, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while championing diversity and inclusion across regions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, leverage data to guide decisions, and manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while upholding LEGO values and global standards.

Formación

• Experience in Talent Acquisition within an international or complex global organization.
• Proven success sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality talent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics to support hiring decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of talent acquisition as a strategic business function.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of open roles and drive end-to-end recruitment for Operations globally.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to understand workforce needs and hiring strategies.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
• Source, attract, assess, and engage top talent across functions and markets.
• Collaborate with recruitment support teams to ensure efficient execution of recruitment activities.
• Utilize data, insights, and market intelligence to influence talent decisions.
