Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training plans for Local Job Trainers, TTCs, and Shadows across new technologies and updates.
• Act as SME in troubleshooting, documenting solutions for complex issues with Maintenance Engineers.
• Coach trainers to standardize solutions and integrate them into training programs.
• Monitor training plan completion and analyze results to improve performance metrics.
• Develop and execute strategies for delivering complex technical training organization-wide.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer activities to align trainers with changes and global standards.
