Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in construction safety within large-scale, high-risk projects.
• Hands-on management of safety on active construction sites with contractors and site personnel.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices; ISO 45001 familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee health and safety practices across construction sites and enforce local safety policies.
• Develop a safety management system focusing on risk management and incident control.
• Plan and deliver safety training for personnel in risk prevention and safety procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations; document findings.
• Identify hazards, coordinate corrective actions, and communicate with project teams.
• Maintain safety records, communicate with stakeholders, and promote a safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and LEGO safety standards.
