Qualifications

• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Thorough understanding of Aviation/Airline networks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others.
• Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills essential.
• Flexibility in working hours required which may include weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and update milestones in Maestro.
• Condition shipments as required (dry ice replenishment, re-packaging, labeling).
• Define the best route to dispatch shipments considering flight availability, cost and experience of airline.
• Enter the applicable routing legs into Maestro and send Domestic Alerts.
• Monitor milestones using reporting tools and liaise with Marken network to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Marken offices and Local Service Providers to ensure efficient logistics transfer and turnaround times.
• Analyze repetitive operational problems and develop possible service improvements.
