Formación

• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Thorough understanding of Aviation/Airline networks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others.
• Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills essential.
• Flexibility in working hours required which may include weekend coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Track all shipments and update milestones in Maestro.
• Condition shipments as required and update milestones.
• Define best route to dispatch shipments considering options (flight availability, cost, experience).
• Liaise with Marken network to meet customer requirements and ensure milestones are met.
• Monitor milestone status with reporting tools and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with departments and service providers to meet turnaround times.

With our One UPS advantage and comprehensive service portfolio, including Polar Speed's in-network pharmacies, we are optimally positioned to keep our clients competitive in an increasingly complex market.**Job Purpose:**To track every consignment to destination under the most expedite and efficient routing to ensure compliance with client requirements and Marken Quality Standards.**Main Duties and Responsibilities:*** Ensure all shipments are tracked and milestones are updated in Maestro.* Ensure conditioning process of the shipment as required and update the proper milestone in Maestro. This conditioning process may include: Dry Ice Replenishment, Re-packaging and / or Labeling* Define the best possible route to dispatch the shipment to its final destination taking in consideration:* Direct Flight using OAG to find out flight availability.* Cheapest Option* Most Experienced Airline* Arrival times to comply with scheduled delivery requirements.* Obtain a pre-booked MAWB and consign to the receiving agent or MARKEN office.* Inform Dispatch that a shipment is ready to be tendered to the Airline as per the respective COT.* Enter the applicable routing legs into Maestro* Send the Domestic Alert through Maestro and confirm reception* Use the appropriate reporting tools to monitor compliance of milestones in Maestro.* Liaise with all relevant departments within the Global and Domestic Marken network to ensure that all customer requirements are met.* Collaborate with all Marken offices and Local Service Providers to ensure the logistics transfer is handled efficiently thus meeting the desired turnaround times.* Analysis of repetitive operational problems and development of possible service solutions.**Requirements:*** Intermediate experience in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)* Thorough understanding of Aviation/Airline networks* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others* Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills essential* Flexibility in working hours required which may include weekend coverage**Art der Anstellung:**Unbefristet
