Responsibilities

• Own the Total Rewards Systems portfolio, roadmap, service performance, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with Total Rewards, HR Global Services, HRIT, Payroll, Finance, Cybersecurity, and vendors.
• Translate business strategies into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
