Job summary

HP is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards Systems to lead a global HR Systems team responsible for Total Rewards capabilities across Workday and related platforms. The role focuses on strategy, governance, and delivering the roadmap to optimize compensation, benefits, recognition, and mobility processes.

The successful candidate will drive business outcomes through prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and execution, while coaching a high-performing, diverse team to meet evolving HR needs

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of HR Systems, Total Rewards, Payroll, or enterprise systems experience.
• Experience leading global Workday initiatives and large-scale HR processes.
• Advanced Workday knowledge and security, reporting, integrations, data controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the Total Rewards Systems portfolio, roadmap, service performance, resource planning, budget inputs, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with Total Rewards, HR Global Services, HRIT, Payroll, Finance, Cybersecurity, Risk, vendors, and other HR Systems teams.
• Translate business strategies into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Lead prioritization and trade-off decisions across competing demands and resources.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Provide governance for design, configuration, testing, release readiness, security, and production support.
• Monitor portfolio health, delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Guide resolution of complex production issues and cross-functional challenges.
• Drive automation, analytics, and AI enablement while balancing governance and risk.
