Qualified candidates have a degree in a technical field, 3+ years in software support, and fluent English. The position offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to learn across multiple product areas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three years in software troubleshooting or technical support.
• Experience interfacing with external/global customers.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and troubleshoot system and configuration issues raised by customers.
• Provide assistance to existing customers during critical times; support multiple products.
• Advise customers on proper use and configuration of software solutions.
• Configure systems per defined requirements via the user interface.
• Collaborate with team members on complex issues and coach new staff.
• Attend meetings, provide training to customers, and perform additional duties as needed.
