You will troubleshoot enterprise Teamcenter-based solutions across Linux and Windows, collaborate with Product Development, Cloud Operations, and customers to resolve issues, and grow toward independent handling of complex cases.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 3–5 years in technical support or similar roles.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise or server-based software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Siemens Teamcenter and related technologies.
• Investigate issues across Linux/Windows, apps, configuration, and infrastructure.
• Analyze logs and diagnostic data to identify causes and next steps.
• Manage customer cases and communicate progress through resolution.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, Cloud Operations, and product teams.
