Ruhrpumpen Group is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for domestic and international roles. You will develop talent strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers in line with company policies.

The role requires experience with ATS (SuccessFactors), advanced English, and the ability to collaborate with HR teams globally. ISO 9001/17025 audits are part of the scope.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and selection processes.
• Experience recruiting operational, technical, engineering, and administrative roles.
• Experience with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networking platforms.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
• Knowledge of psychometric assessment administration and interpretation.
• Ability to manage candidate databases and track recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and recruitment reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection for domestic and international positions.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for multiple functions.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Source and attract talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and headhunting.
• Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and provide timely follow-up.
• Verify references and review documentation for new hires.
• Negotiate offers in line with compensation policies.
• Represent the company at job fairs and events.
• Collaborate with HR teams to support global hiring needs.
• Manage job requisitions in SuccessFactors with proper documentation.
• Participate in audits related to recruitment and ensure ISO compliance.
• Partner with managers to understand business needs and hire effectively.
• Prepare and monitor recruitment metrics and reports.
