Henkel is seeking a Recruitment Operations Specialist to support recruitment across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. You will post job openings, draft and manage offer letters, and coordinate interview logistics in a global environment.

You will handle hiring documentation, maintain trackers, and liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are required.

Formación

• Advanced conversational and written English.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Create and publish job postings in the recruitment system.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, including required approvals.
• Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Create and follow up on hiring requests.
• Collect, validate, and maintain recruitment documentation; update trackers and systems.
