The Chemours Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, engage, and hire top talent across Latin America and the United States, with a focus on Mexico. You will collaborate with U.S.

and LATAM hiring managers to design effective hiring strategies and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. You will contribute to employer branding, recruitment metrics, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with local and global employment laws.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisition experience with LATAM focus (Mexico).
• Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and pipeline top talent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for Latin America (Mexico focus) and the United States.
• Partner with U.S. and LATAM hiring managers to define candidate profiles and talent strategies.
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
