MIGSO-PCUBED is expanding its Querétaro hub and seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment for a global consulting team. You will partner with business managers, manage sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding, and help shape our talent strategy across multiple industries.

The role requires 0–2 years of recruiting experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and fluency in English and French.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing and employer branding.
• Skilled in direct sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, networking and other channels.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Recruiting: manage full recruitment cycle from role requirements to onboarding.
• Strategic Collaboration: work with Business Managers to understand team needs and plan talent pipelines.
• Digital Sourcing Excellence: use LinkedIn, job boards and sourcing methods to find top candidates.
• Brand Ambassador: represent MigSO-PCUBED at events and career fairs, promoting our employer brand.
• Process Improvement: lead initiatives to streamline recruitment processes with global Talent Acquisition teams.
