Corning Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Project Lead in Mexico to steer strategic supply chain initiatives, applying Lean methodologies and digital technologies.

You will partner with multiple functions to translate business needs into process and system solutions that improve efficiency, service, and cost performance. The role requires strong collaboration, change management, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects from initiation to implementation across global supply chain

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in supply chain operations, including project implementation and execution.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and transportation.
• Experience using ERP and SCM systems to improve performance.
• Strong project management knowledge and best practices.
• Experience leading supply chain transformation, digitalization, or system implementation projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Learning agility and adaptability to new concepts and technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects from initiation through implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.
• Ensure project alignment, execution, and achievement of outcomes.
• Develop and maintain business, process, and cross-functional system requirements.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and training.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and achievements to stakeholders.
• Analyze root causes of supply chain challenges and develop corrective actions.
• Drive process mapping and workflow optimization for efficiency and standardization.
• Support Lean supply chain integration initiatives and improvements.
• Align process and system enhancements with global supply chain strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain Management / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration)

Master's Degree (preferred)
